❝ Born in Denver, Colorado as the only child of a spanish mother and american father, rosa grew up with sport at the center of her life. a gifted basketball player and track runner from a young age, she spent most of her childhood dreaming of making a career out of the things she loved most. her parents encouraged those ambitions, expecting their daughter to one day pursue professional athletics.
that future changed in her early teens when rosa tore her acl. months of rehabilitation followed, forcing her away from the sports she loved and leaving her uncertain whether she'd ever return to her former level. but somewhere between appointments and hours of painstaking recovery, rosa discovered a new fascination: the work of the sports therapist helping her rebuild.what began as a necessity quickly became an ambition of its own. dani realised she could combine her love of sport with a desire to help others through the same difficult process she'd experienced herself. clever, fiercely determined, multilingual, and never short on attitude, she set her sights on becoming a physical therapist specializing in sports rehabilitation.

she eventually headed east to attend boston university, studying physical therapy with a focus on sports medicine. through her father's connections in the sporting world, she secured clinical placements with several semi-professional and professional teams around boston, gaining experience across a variety of disciplines before graduating with honors.now qualified, rosa has deliberately resisted settling into a single sport. restless and eager to experience as much as possible, she moves wherever the next opportunity takes her, picking up work with different teams and athletes while she figures out where she truly belongs. for now, she's perfectly content chasing the next season, the next injury, and the next challenge.away from work, rosa is just as adventurous. a keen motorcyclist, she recently added a blue bmw r 1200gs to her collection, giving her another excuse to disappear onto the open road whenever she gets the chance. she also teaches women - only boxing classes, combining her love of sport with a passion for creating a space where other women can build confidence, strength, and skill.
